Erin has over 15 years of experience working with children and a background in early childhood education. She has a heart for creating spaces where young children feel safe, confident, curious, and loved. Her approach supports a thoughtful balance of structure and wonder, helping children build social skills, independence, creativity, language, and school readiness through meaningful play.
As a mother and educator, Erin believes preschool should feel warm, inspiring, and developmentally appropriate. Her goal is to create a small-group ranch preschool where children are known personally, encouraged gently, and invited to learn through art, nature, stories, friendship, and hands-on discovery.

Elizabeth brings over 30 years of experience working with children of all ages, along with a strong background in psychology that helps her understand each child’s unique personality, emotions, and developmental needs. She is known for being nurturing, energetic, patient, and deeply loving toward children. Elizabeth creates a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Her approach is gentle, engaging, and child-centered — helping little ones build confidence, independence, friendships, and a true love for learning. With her joyful spirit and caring heart, Elizabeth makes every child feel seen, valued, and encouraged. She believes childhood should be filled with curiosity, creativity, laughter, and meaningful moments, and she is passionate about helping each child grow in their own special way. Elizabeth is a wonderful teacher who brings both professionalism and heart into the classroom every day.

Gabi has a natural gift for connecting with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. Her warm, patient personality helps children build meaningful relationships while encouraging them to explore, create, and express themselves through play.
With experience working with children of all ages, Gabi brings positive energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every day. She also has a background in gymnastics and has coached cheer, giving her a strong foundation in movement, coordination, teamwork, and building children’s confidence in a fun and supportive way.
Gabi loves inspiring curiosity, encouraging imaginative play, and helping every child discover their unique strengths. Her caring approach and genuine love for children make her a wonderful part of the Our Little Imagineers family.
